After months of preparations, drawings, calculations and negotiations, Arquiforma was able to put together the best project and acquire a major license through various problems and requests from the Honorary Town hall council of Calpe.
The process of choosing the right company is always difficult, but finding the one that can deliver quality in time and requires extensive local experience with building in rocks in Spain is not an easy task. Luckily our team has specialists for tenders and is prioritizing delivery and experience over potential savings. The last thing we want is our clients having warranty problems after hand-over!
The construction is projected to be finished at the end of 2023, that includes apartments with their premium standard finish excluding client add-ons. Apartments are delivered with floorings, kitchens, bathrooms and built-in wardrobes.
After the construction is completed and the apartments are handed over to the respective buyers, the approval process will be completed latest in Q1 2024 as well as final touches to the interiors and exteriors.
The main feature we were looking for was views – but not only plain view of the sea, but the whole town from up high as well. There were two main candidates to choose from, but this one showed up to not only provide better views, but also it has better geological structure and allows for a more robust construction.
